Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global aircraft delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery of aircraft to customers
  • Establish aircraft delivery programs in collaboration with commercial, financial, and industrial organizations
  • Alert the commercial team to potential delays in aircraft delivery due to technical issues
  • Bridge industrial and commercial constraints to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer requests in a fast-paced production environment
  • Coordinate between Sales and Production teams
  • Represent the customer affairs department in program and manufacturing meetings
  • Prioritize aircraft deliveries based on contractual obligations

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented work style
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Communication sciences or industrial engineering degree
  • Business administration degree

Experience:

  • Purchase experience for at least 2 years
  • Process improvement experience for at least 3 years
  • Contract management experience for at least 3 years
