Job Title: Retrofit Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retrofit Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the global aircraft delivery schedule and ensuring timely delivery of aircraft to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the global aircraft delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery of aircraft to customers
  • Establish aircraft delivery programs taking into account inputs from commercial, financial, and industrial organizations
  • Alert the commercial team to potential delays in aircraft delivery due to technical issues
  • Bridge industrial and commercial constraints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer requests in an environment of production ramp-up and lead-time reduction
  • Coordinate between Sales and Production teams
  • Represent the customer affairs department in program and manufacturing meetings
  • Prioritize aircraft deliveries based on contractual obligations
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented work style
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchase, process improvement, or contract management
  • Good knowledge of project management, process management, and risk management
  • Business fluent in German and English
