Supply Chain & Quality Manager Position

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain & Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Aviation unit, you will be responsible for managing supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate suppliers during the offer phase and contribute to the selection decision.
  • Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.
  • Manage supplier quality Approval/Authorization and ensure suppliers are compliant with required certifications.
  • Present supplier performance during commodity meetings.
  • Monitor or support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity.
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
  • Maintain close communication and coordination with operational teams at internal customer sites.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Engineering, or comparable.
  • Work experience in Supply Chain.
  • Basic knowledge in KVP, Process Management, and Risk Management.
  • Good knowledge in Total Quality Management and civil aviation documentation.
  • Specific knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
