We're seeking an analytical professional to join our EMEA EMP Team, investigating complex incidents of suspected intellectual property infringement and product abuse. You'll apply your exceptional judgment to identify underlying issues, improve processes, and partner with Amazon product and compliance teams, including Product Quality & Safety, Community Trust, Seller Performance, and Brand Registry.
To address root causes, you'll develop programs, establish process controls, recommend revisions, and ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with key Selling Partners, implementing policies, tools, and technology innovations to protect customers, defend intellectual property, protect brands, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective compliance programs
- Investigate complex incidents of intellectual property infringement and product abuse
- Partner with Amazon teams to improve processes and address root causes
- Develop and recommend policies, tools, and technology innovations
- Ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent
- Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience in program requirements definition, data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
- Experience working with machine learning models and data science teams
