Job Title: Senior Cross-Segment Marketing Communications Manager

About the Role:

The Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cross-Segment Marketing Communications Manager to join our global Marketing Communications team in the Business Unit Communications, Security Systems division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing communications strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive digital marketing communications strategies that meet the needs of our brands and segments
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing communications campaigns across web, social media, email, blogs, and other digital communication tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing communications strategies
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing communications campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing communications, with a focus on strategy implementation and execution
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing communications tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation
