PreMaster Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PreMaster Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cost reduction projects across various business units globally, working closely with teams in Germany, Hungary, the United States, Mexico, India, and Romania.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential areas for cost savings in Bosch automotive electronics
- Developing and updating business cases to assess project success
- Collaborating with customer project leads to coordinate sales, purchasing, development, manufacturing, and logistics teams
- Organizing international workshops to explore new cost-saving opportunities
- Presenting project findings and status to management and securing necessary funding
As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, management, computer science, or economics, with a strong intention to pursue a master's course. Relevant experience in automotive, hardware engineering, or project management is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
We value a well-organized, team-oriented, and globally-minded individual with excellent communication skills. English C1 level is mandatory, and German B1 is preferred.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience.
