PreMaster Management Assistant

Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PreMaster Management Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for project management in the XC/RPP-AN area, with a focus on integrating devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process from ideation to implementation of cost reduction measures
- Plan and organize workshops to drive innovation and collaboration
- Evaluate cost-saving ideas with an interdisciplinary team
- Prepare a management decision base for the introduction of new initiatives
- Support the product manager in the implementation phase
- Coordinate all cost reduction projects and activities in a global team
- Continuously improve RPP processes with purchasing, development, project management, and manufacturing
- Lead monthly management meetings for the product area integrating devices
- Provide monthly RPP management reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B. Sc., B. Eng., B. A.)
- Team-minded, flexible, and persuasive personality
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Controlling preferred
- English C1 level mandatory, German B1 preferred
About the Bosch PreMaster Program:
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program provides up to 12 months of practical experience and includes additional events, seminars, and personal mentoring.
