**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PreMaster Program Manager. As a key member of our global business development team, you will be responsible for leading cost reduction projects across various business units worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and evaluate potential areas for cost savings in Bosch automotive electronics
* Develop and update business cases to assess project success
* Collaborate with customer project leads to coordinate sales, purchasing, development, manufacturing, and logistics teams
* Organize international workshops to explore new cost-saving opportunities
* Present project findings and status to management and secure necessary funding
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, computer science, or economics
* Strong background in automotive, hardware engineering, or project management
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Well-organized, team-oriented, extraverted, and globally-minded
* English C1 level mandatory, German B1 preferred

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees.
