About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Supervisor to join our client service team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients' strategy development, creative, data, and general client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with junior and mid-level clients while supporting senior team members in driving revenue growth on the account.
  • Identify business opportunities and work with the Business Director and senior team members to leverage those opportunities.
  • Develop and present cost estimates as formal budgets to the client, ensuring costs are managed and budgets adhered to.
  • Work with the Business Director to ensure compliance with all company and network financial and legal processes as well as reporting procedures.
  • Act as the core client contact for all project queries, including timing plans, budgets, and creative work.
  • Lead Account Team activities, including receiving and understanding project briefs, managing work through creative/studio, and developing formal agency briefs.
  • Manage timings plans to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Create and amend timing plans and status reports for project management purposes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the completion and distribution of team status and contact reports, ensuring all are written up in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure all financial processes are followed, including the receipt of Purchase Orders, the drafting of Invoices, and the preparation of monthly reporting relating to projects.
  • Collaborate with Data Planners and Ops teams to liaise and coordinate segmentation and targeting for campaign work.
Delivering Great Product
  • Work with the Line Managers and Creative team to deliver creative excellence and produce ideas that answer the brief while exciting and challenging the client.
  • Develop good internal relationships with Creative, Planning, project management, and Technical teams.

  • Very good organizational skills and mindset.
  • Good experience in the automotive segment is preferable.
  • Good knowledge of relevant tools, including awareness of inspirational sources.
  • Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
