About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at King and Moffatt. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all site elements of assigned projects, ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Permit Management: Ensure all relevant permits are in place and up-to-date.
  • Site Coordination: Map out weekly lookahead plans and coordinate on-site activities, including plant hire, tools, and labor.
  • Team Management: Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks, oversee and manage labor, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Commissioning and Closeout: Execute commissioning and closeout plans, ensuring close out of snag lists and delivery on labor tracker.
  • Communication: Manage relevant external correspondence, communicate changes to the project team, and maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified electrician with a qualified QC tester certification.
  • People Management: People management experience, with the ability to direct and train apprentices.
  • Project Management: Project management experience beneficial, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
