Logistics Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Alb Zeitarbeit GmbH.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of warehouse processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate the commissioning of goods according to customer orders.
- Process incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Operate machinery and equipment, including cranes and pallet jacks.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in Logistics or a related field.
- First-hand experience in a leadership role, preferably in logistics.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a systematic approach to work.
