Job Overview

Alb Zeitarbeit GmbH is in search of a **Logistics Team Leader** to oversee operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team through various logistical tasks, ensuring adherence to inventory protocols, enforcing safety regulations, and managing the loading and unloading processes of transport vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and direct a team of logistics personnel
  • Oversee inventory management procedures
  • Enhance operational workflows within the warehouse
  • Enforce and monitor safety standards
  • Facilitate order picking and packing
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of freight
  • Perform various warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Completed education in Logistics or Warehouse Management
