Your Role as an IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our logistics department. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from processing orders to managing inventory and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders efficiently and accurately within the logistics system.
  • Handle order clearance procedures, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and manage inventory levels.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal colleagues, providing prompt and helpful support.
  • Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing purposes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of IT systems and logistics processes.

  • Possess a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Be proactive, independent, resilient, and a strong team player.
