Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team at 1xINTERNET GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in delivering web software projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of web software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Monitor and report project progress, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on web software delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and software development principles.
  • Previous experience working with international teams and clients.
