Senior Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our web software development projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

You will work closely with our project team to prepare the backlog for implementation, participate in requirements workshops, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to provide status reporting and lead daily project standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

In addition, you will coordinate and execute quality assurance and releases, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions
  • Experience in working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana)
  • Strong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies
  • Excellent English and German command, both in writing and speaking
  • Well-developed teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Solution and goal-oriented way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension
  • Understanding of web technologies and software development
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience with Drupal or delivering web content management solutions
  • Knowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • International / intercultural work experience
