Job Description

The Senior Project Manager Digital/Experience will be responsible for managing complex customer projects, ensuring operational excellence, and leading an interdisciplinary team. You will have a holistic view of the project and the project environment, assessing ongoing opportunities, risks, and potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independent management of complex customer projects
  • Operational excellence and optimization potential
  • Management of an interdisciplinary team and external service providers
  • Assessment of ongoing opportunities, risks, and potential
  • Ensuring project success and timely decision-making
  • Full project process management from requirements analysis to implementation and final acceptance
Your Profile

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Three to five years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience with digital product development or complex IT platforms
  • A focus on customer experience
  • Interest in new topics and enthusiasm
  • Excellent understanding of strategic topics, processes, and workflows
  • Sound knowledge and experience in project processes and common PM standards
  • Confident, friendly, and respectful manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Assertiveness, enthusiasm, and team work ability
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
