Business Development Manager RAIL

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager RAIL to drive customer acquisition and expansion in our Rail/Transportation market. The ideal candidate will have a technical and project-oriented perspective, with strong sales skills and the ability to persuade customers to upgrade their existing Cattron radio remote controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and product placement
  • Explore new business fields, sales markets, and products
  • Identify new product opportunities and define sales strategies for accelerated growth
  • Support the company in responding to changing economic conditions and markets
  • Represent our company at national and international trade shows and sales events
Requirements:
  • Completed degree or training with an electrical engineering focus
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a comparable position
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
