Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team at TAKKT AG in Stuttgart. As a key member of our M&A team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our M&A strategy, including risk capital investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of our M&A strategy, including risk capital investments
  • Lead Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A projects across all business areas, from initiation to completion
  • Co-manage our risk capital subsidiary
  • Coordinate and conduct due diligence reviews and manage external advisors
  • Conduct company valuations and financial modeling
  • Support in negotiating transaction agreements
  • Support senior decision-makers in developing and implementing strategies for transactions from strategic analysis to implementation
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial management and business operations
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar certification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
