Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources department as a Head of Human Resources Management. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our HR strategy, focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of HR-related tasks.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement transformation processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employee representatives, fostering open communication and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and develop a multi-member HR team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of employee concerns and issues.
  • Participate in internal projects, contributing your expertise and experience to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a comparable team leading position, preferably in an international structure.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using HR management tools, such as BambooHR, Personio, or FlairHR.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
