Job Summary

As the Head of Human Resources at Safran Nacelles, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency between the company's HR policy and its actions. You will work closely with the establishment director to manage resources and lead managerial activities. Your expertise in social relations, labor law, and company agreements will be essential in guaranteeing compliance with regulations and implementing effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency between the company's HR policy and its actions

  • Negotiate and implement establishment agreements
  • Conduct interviews and initiate the integration process

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of labor law, regulations, social schemes, and company agreements
  • Expertise in social relations
  • Knowledge of the company's organization and its cultural specifics
  • Solid and homogeneous HR culture
  • Analysis of situations and proposal of actions

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Head of Human Resources or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage a multi-cultural organisation
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, and especially with the shop floor
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex HR problems
