Are you looking for a new challenge in a beautiful location? We have an exciting opportunity for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. Our relocation assistance makes it easy for you to make the move, regardless of where you're coming from.

As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from German-speaking clients through phone calls, live chat, and back-office tasks. You will also address customer issues regarding our digital banking platform quickly and professionally. We are looking for someone who is a team player and can contribute feedback to refine the overall service experience.
