We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Property Management team as a Team Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with general correspondence and communication with external service providers and tenants.
  • Process and respond to tenant and service provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage the ordering and procurement of goods and services.
  • Prepare and present reports, protocols, and presentations as required.
  • Review, verify, and process invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed commercial or service-oriented education, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Experience in an assistant role, with knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience with property management software.
  • Fluent German language skills, with good English language skills in writing and speaking.
