We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Property Management team as a Team Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist with general correspondence and communication with external service providers and tenants.
- Process and respond to tenant and service provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and manage the ordering and procurement of goods and services.
- Prepare and present reports, protocols, and presentations as required.
- Review, verify, and process invoices and payments.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
**Requirements:**
- Completed commercial or service-oriented education, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Experience in an assistant role, with knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Excellent MS Office skills and experience with property management software.
- Fluent German language skills, with good English language skills in writing and speaking.
