Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and support to project management and construction site teams regarding quality assurance processes, implementation, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers on all quality assurance matters.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the oversight of deliveries and services, including external inspectors and assessors.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the quality assurance plan, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with project management.
- Execute and manage Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) processes, including participation in critical production hold points.
- Ensure adherence to quality protocols through proactive inspections and site evaluations.
- Initiate additional quality assurance actions in response to specific findings or issues.
- Participate in the planning and execution of quality audits and inspections.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in quality management and assurance.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Project Management Systems (PMS) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Experience on construction sites, preferably in power plant construction or industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in accordance with ISO 9712 across multiple methods, along with certifications such as International Welding Engineer (SFI), Welding Technician (ST), or Welding Specialist (SFM) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with a high degree of reliability.
- Willingness to undertake long-term assignments, both domestically and internationally.
