About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Operational Excellence to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Operational Excellence department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous supply of goods and optimizing processes along the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and on-time lead times for customer orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Lead regular roundtables with international teams to proactively avoid deviations and ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes in order management, including environmental charges, disposal, and licenses.
  • Support customer care activities and collaborate on customer care projects.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in international customer business.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or requirements analysis tools.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
