About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Manager to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Operational Excellence department, you will be responsible for supporting the management team and taking over responsibility for the project organization of medium and large-scale strategy and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects with a footprint in business development, logistics, sustainability, and develop projects with clear objectives, timelines, and cost considerations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Work closely with executive management to plan and track multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
  • Identify key potentials and risks in projects, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders by addressing their concerns proactively, facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Establish project management frameworks, principles, and methodologies, designing and implementing templates, tools, and best practices to ensure project quality in the company.

About You

We are looking for a professional with international experience in managing complex projects in an international environment, preferably with additional experience beyond project management. You should have an excellent master's degree in business administration or a related field, and at least five years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting and international business environment with cross-functional teams.

As part of MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, Imtron is responsible for the four own brands ok., KOENIC, ISY, and PEAQ. Key functions include procurement, marketing, product management, controlling & accounting, sales, and the logistics of our products. The Operational Excellence department, as part of Customer Care, is responsible for international coordination with our countries, market, and end customers. Its main task is to ensure the continuous supply of goods. Operational Excellence supports all stakeholders in an advisory capacity and ensures their satisfaction with our own brands by continuously optimizing processes along the value chain.
