Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Manager to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Operational Excellence department, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects and ensuring the continuous supply of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in planning and tracking multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.
  • Identify key potentials and risks in projects, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders by addressing their concerns proactively, facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Establish project management frameworks, principles, and methodologies, designing and implementing templates, tools, and best practices to ensure project quality.

Requirements

  • A professional with international experience in managing complex projects in an international environment.
  • Excellent master's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting and international business environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one further language of an MMS Sales country like Spanish or Italian.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
