Head of Paid Media Strategist

About the Role
The Head of Paid Media will lead the strategic development of media campaigns and define the most effective approaches to managing media buys. This leadership position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and will manage agencies and an internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across all channels
- Manage a team of Paid Media experts and provide guidance on media planning and buying
- Collaborate with the marketing analyst and analytics team to break down media results and turn data into insights
- Negotiate media contracts and partnerships
- Contribute to the PLAION environment of collaboration, teamwork, and long-term loyalty
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns
- Experience in leading and empowering a team
- Experience across the breadth of social media and other marketing channels
- A university degree in Business Administration (or comparable) with a focus on Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
