Head of Paid Media Strategist

About the Role
The Head of Paid Media will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic media campaigns, driving business growth and revenue through effective media planning and buying.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Paid Media experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution
- Develop and manage large-scale media investments across multiple channels, leveraging expertise to optimize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing analyst and analytics team to analyze campaign results, identify insights, and inform future media strategies
- Negotiate media contracts, partnerships, and agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success
- Leadership experience, with a ability to empower and develop a team
- Expertise across social media, paid search, programmatic, and display channels, with a strong understanding of the marketing funnel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using Excel to analyze large data sets and identify actionable insights
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Desirable: experience with alternative marketing channels, such as Out of Home, Podcast Campaigns, or Influencer Campaigns
