Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

AA Euro Group is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Northern Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all safety aspects of our large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety performance and provide guidance to site teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on health and safety best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in the construction industry as a health and safety professional.
  • Proven track record of coordinating and managing large projects.
  • Qualification in engineering or construction technology/management.
  • Extracurricular exposure to a related health and safety specialism.
  • Ability to maintain an overview of detailed technical aspects across entire projects.
