Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Health and Safety Manager, der unsere Einrichtungen sicher und gesund macht. Als Abteilungsleiter bist du verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Compliance-Regeln. Du fungierst als Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsbeauftragter und stellst sicher, dass alle unternehmensinternen Anforderungen umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Monatliche Durchführung eines vollständigen Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsaudits im Club und Umsetzung der Ergebnisse
  • Kontrolle der Bereiche des Clubs, um 5-Sterne-Standards bei den Einrichtungen und ein sicheres Umfeld zu schaffen
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Aktivitäten nach Bedarf und Verantwortung für den gesamten Club als Duty Manager
  • Förderung einer hervorragenden "We Play"-Kultur innerhalb Deines Teams
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Teammitglieder entsprechend den Erwartungen des Unternehmens geschult sind
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Einweisungen für Teammitglieder
Dein Profil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
  • Einschlägige Facility-Management-Qualifikation wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Management der Wartung und Instandhaltung einer Einrichtung wünschenswert
  • Verständnis und Erfahrung mit Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften im betrieblichen Umfeld und in Dienstleistungsbetrieben
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams in einer dienstleistungsorientierten Einrichtung
  • Leidenschaft für den Kundenservice
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
