About the Role
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering advanced troubleshooting training to our service technicians onshore and offshore.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical training programs to ensure our service technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and maintain course content in line with company and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with offshore activities to ensure training materials remain accurate and relevant.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from trainees to improve training programs.
Requirements
- English language proficiency (B2 or higher).
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in the wind energy industry.
- Experience in conducting technical training.
- Relevant educational background (e.g., electrical engineer).
Competencies
- Proactive and structured with good organizational skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to travel and adapt to changing environments.
- Capable of coaching and mentoring others.
