Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an Electrical Trainer to join a prominent independent service provider specializing in buildings, facilities, and infrastructure in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist all commercial apprentices within the organization
- Continuously enhance training concepts and methodologies
- Deliver specified knowledge and skills in accordance with training regulations
- Guide apprentices in executing tasks in line with industry standards
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new apprentices
- Facilitate annual reviews and feedback sessions
- Support apprentices in preparing for examinations and selecting internal training programs
Required Qualifications
- Completed training as an Electrician in Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: Further qualifications as a Technician/Master or a commitment to pursue it
- Experience in imparting job-related technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering is advantageous
- Teaching qualification in accordance with AEVO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong pedagogical skills, effective communication, and a sense of personal responsibility
