Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an Electrical Trainer to join a prominent independent service provider specializing in buildings, facilities, and infrastructure in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist all commercial apprentices within the organization
  • Continuously enhance training concepts and methodologies
  • Deliver specified knowledge and skills in accordance with training regulations
  • Guide apprentices in executing tasks in line with industry standards
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of new apprentices
  • Facilitate annual reviews and feedback sessions
  • Support apprentices in preparing for examinations and selecting internal training programs

Required Qualifications

  • Completed training as an Electrician in Electrical Engineering
  • Preferred: Further qualifications as a Technician/Master or a commitment to pursue it
  • Experience in imparting job-related technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering is advantageous
  • Teaching qualification in accordance with AEVO
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong pedagogical skills, effective communication, and a sense of personal responsibility
