About the Role

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor to join our Service & Construction Academy team. As a Technical Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering safety and technical training programs to Vestas technicians, employees, customers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and safety training programs for various target groups.
  • Participate in delegated projects and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Attend regular meetings and contribute to training-related discussions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain and upgrade training equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Mentor other instructors in subject matter content and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout the course life cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent attainment in Electric or Electronics.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in the wind energy industry.
  • Experience in conducting technical training with a focus on safety.
  • Fluent in English, with German being desirable.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and a valid driver's license class B.
