Project Specialist HR

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, including research and data analysis, report creation, and calendar management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project goals and objectives.
  • Create reports and summaries of work to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage and track programmatic and project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain the program and site management calendar to ensure effective scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including updating records, forms, and documents.
  • Conduct data analysis and synthesize reports and spreadsheets in Excel to track program benchmarks and make recommendations for change.
  • Point of contact for staff collaboration for cross-departmental and programmatic staff and tasks.
  • Provide administrative support related to the overall management of the program.
  • Maintain a daily timesheet and daily manning report and ensuring times are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
  • NACI required.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a US Passport.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be computer literate and skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Applied physical security experience and/or knowledge of Army Security regulations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Required upon hire: possession of a valid Driver's License, Class B Driver's License.
  • Works alone, with and around others, verbal/face-to-face contact, inside/outside, extended days, confined areas, extreme heat/cold, temperature changes, wet and/or humid, noise, mechanical and electrical equipment, high places, fumes/odors and dirt/dust.
