Executive Assistant to CHRO

Bilfinger is a leading industrial services provider with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Provide high-level strategic support to the CHRO, assisting with the development of HR initiatives, organizational strategy, and overall business objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead or support key HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Back Office Management: Oversee back-office functions, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks related to the CHRO's office.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CHRO, HR leadership team, and other senior executives, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring alignment on key priorities.
  • Special Projects: Manage and coordinate special projects or initiatives as directed by the CHRO, which may include change management, talent management, organizational development, or HR technology implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, management consulting, or a similar strategic role, with experience supporting senior executives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR tools (e.g., Successfactors) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
