Logistics Sourcing Controller

Job Summary:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Sourcing Controller to join our team. As a key member of our Main Run Logistics Sourcing department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and supporting the achievement of departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance of Logistics Sourcing under scope for Main run transportation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing function, particularly with the VP of Global Logistics Sourcing and area responsible, to drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to annual budget planning, forecast analysis, and risk/opportunity calculation, connecting with the group P&L.
  • Manage Cost Center controlling for Logistics, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Support Deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Economics, Business Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience and good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP modules CO/MM/BI, and SQL.
  • Power BI skills are desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a structured approach to work.
  • High reliability in deliverables (time/quality), pragmatism in solution development, and assertiveness in decision-making.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
