Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Controller to join our team at Otto (GmbH & Co KG). As an IT Controller, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial and operational controls to ensure the effective management of our IT Retail and Logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial and operational controls to ensure the effective management of IT Retail and Logistics operations
  • Support the Director and department leaders in making informed decisions by providing accurate and timely financial and operational data
  • Collaborate with the IT Retail and Logistics teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Manage and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT finance and operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B1 level)
