Controller Tower Quality Sourcing Specialist

MISSION:

As a strategic financial advisor, collaborate with the sourcing team to achieve Tower Sourcing department goals and objectives.

TASKS:

  • Lead the performance of Tower Sourcing for the Quality Area, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with the VP of Global Sourcing Tower to drive business outcomes and support the annual budget planning process.
  • Contribute to the analysis of forecasts, risk assessment, and opportunity identification, connecting with the group P&L.
  • Oversee cost center controlling for Tower Quality, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Support deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department, promoting a structured approach.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Hold a degree in Economics, Business Management, or a comparable field.
  • Bring 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, with a strong background in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP modules CO/MM/BI.
  • Developed skills in SQL and Power BI are a plus.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension, and a structured way of working.
  • Demonstrate high reliability in deliverables, with a pragmatic approach to solution development.
  • Show assertiveness and the ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making.
  • Operate with care, even under time pressure, and possess application-safe spoken and written English skills.
