About the Position:
  • Receive comprehensive training to excel as a sales expert
  • Proactively promote and sell memberships
  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone to arrange meetings
  • Execute sales initiatives and promotional activities to attract new members
  • Develop a referral network
  • Offer tailored onsite consultations and conduct facility tours
  • Prepare membership agreements and manage the sales database
Your Qualifications:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues, prospects, and members
  • Experience in teamwork settings
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Self-driven with strong planning, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Capability to be an engaged team player and aim to surpass personal targets
  • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge and best practices
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous
