About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Meridian Spa & Fitness Deutschland GmbH. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow membership sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and retention
  • Provide personalized sales and customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
