About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Advisor to join our team at & Other Stories. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to drive sales and create a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to maximize sales on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash desk.
  • Awareness of store goals and sales figures, as well as familiarity with applicable procedures and guidelines.
  • Actively work with garments to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Knowledge about garments/fabrics and garment care.
  • Process customer transactions at the cash desk.
  • Receive and process deliveries.
  • Help prepare seasonal sales and campaigns.
  • Follow store routines, policies, and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety.
  • Work well in the team and actively support colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, styling, and customer service. You will be a positive, friendly person with a great sense of style, and excellent organizational skills. Experience from cash register routines is preferable, but your willingness to learn and grow with us is most important.
