Wir suchen einen engagierten Prozessmanager, der unsere Dokumentenmanagement-Prozesse weiterentwickelt und optimiert. Als Teil des Teams "Projekte, Prozesse und Standards" bei der BMW Group wirst du aktiv an der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Prozessen beteiligt sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für die elektronische Rechnungsübertragung und die Weiterentwicklung der eInvoicing-Lösungen
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen und Anforderungsmanagement
  • Verantwortung für die IT-Applikation "eDocument Portal" im Bereich eInvoicing
  • Priorisierung, Sprintplanung, Umsetzung, Test, Development und Automatisierung
  • Austausch mit Service-/IT-Providern, der BMW Group IT und den Anwendern
Voraussetzungen
  • Studienabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzumfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich Accounts Payable
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Projekt- und/oder Supportumfeld, insbesondere in agilen Vorgehensmethoden und Anforderungsmanagement
  • Expertise in SAP FI/CO und SAP MM sowie Leidenschaft für neue Technologien
  • Gute Office-Kenntnisse und fundierte Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Jira/ Confluence
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Moderation, Präsentation und Kommunikation
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
