Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor to join our team at TÜV SÜD. As a CSR Audit Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of our CSR audit team, including BSCI, WRAP, and SMETA audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the CSR audit team, including BSCI, WRAP, and SMETA audits.
- Support the CSR Audit Manager in developing and implementing audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
- Collaborate with CSR departments and other departments to ensure smooth audit execution.
- Develop and review audit reports and surveillance reports.
- Perform other audit-related tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, with a degree in Environment Technology or Chemistry being an advantage.
- 3-5 years of working experience with clear CSR audit logs record in a 3rd party audit company.
- Experience in HR or Compliance department is a plus.
- Result-oriented team player with high compliance level towards code of ethics.
- Good English skills covering speaking, writing, and reading.
- Good physical health to take on regular business travel.
