Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Social Responsibility Auditor to join our team at TÜV SÜD. As a CSR Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day CSR audit activities, including BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, and other related CSR schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CSR audits and ensure timely completion of audit reports and surveillance.
- Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
- Collaborate with CSR departments and other departments to ensure smooth audit execution.
- Other audit-related works assigned by reporting officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, with a degree in Environment Technology or Chemistry being an advantage.
- 3-5 years of working experience with clear CSR audit logs record in 03rd party audit company regarding BSCI, WRAP, SMETA.
- Experience in HR or Compliance department is also seen as a plus.
- Result-oriented team player with high compliance level towards code of ethics.
- Good English skills covering speaking, writing, and reading.
- Good physical health for regular business travel (domestic & overseas).
