Auditor - Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team in Vietnam. As a CSR Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of CSR compliance across our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Member of Audit Management Representative in our Vietnam office, supporting the CSR Audit team in managing day-to-day operations, including BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, and other related CSR activities.
- Perform CSR audit schemes, ensuring timely completion of audit reports and surveillance.
- Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
- Collaborate with CSR departments and other departments at both local and regional levels to ensure smooth audit execution.
- Perform other audit-related tasks assigned by your reporting officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, with a degree in Environment Technology or Chemistry being an advantage.
- 3-5 years of working experience with clear CSR audit logs record in a 3rd-party audit company regarding BSCI, WRAP, SMETA.
- Experience in HR or Compliance departments is also seen as a plus.
- Strong result-oriented team player with high compliance level towards our code of ethics.
- Good English skills, covering speaking, writing reports, and reading.
- Good physical health to take on regular business travel (domestic and overseas).
