We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our global IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by designing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR IT Learning related topics and additional HR IT demands arising from different process domains.
  • Align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert within the respective portfolio element.
  • Translate business demands into IT service requirements, facilitate between business and service management, and drive and ensure proper implementation of your solution design, following our IT service management and IT compliance framework.
  • Think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identifying cross-topic dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and own and drive related activities.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • You hold a master's degree in information technology, business administration, or comparable.
  • You have several years of experience with HR applications (e.g. Workday, Saba, Degreed).
  • We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree or completed vocational training and further education, combined with additional professional experience in this field.
  • You have a thorough understanding of HR processes, ideally with a focus on learning-related processes at a global scale and respective IT solutions / integrations.
  • You have profound experiences working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT-related projects.
  • You have experience working in an agile environment; being a certified Scrum Master is a plus.
  • You are experienced in managing IT service providers.
  • You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.

  • You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation. Your English and German language skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
  • You communicate reliably across all organizational levels and working cultures.
