The Role
The Recall and Field Action Specialist will be responsible for managing customer-related issues arising from non-conformity of safety, emissions, and compliance requirements. This involves cross-functional investigations, decision-making, and implementing measures to address these issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate KPIs related to non-conformity of safety, emissions, and compliance
- Develop and maintain a risk assessment method and process with business partners
- Organize cross-functional meetings to assess potential non-conformity
- Create measures in collaboration with responsible departments
- Coordinate measures with the Legal department and external authorities
- Manage lessons learned and feedback loops with business partners
- Report escalated issues and provide expert assessment to management
Requirements
- Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
- Experience in Quality Management or After Sales and in the Automotive Industry
- 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive recalls and collaboration with external authorities
- Ability to identify and understand complex technical contexts
- Cost awareness
- Ability to achieve results under time pressure
- High empathy and communication skills
- High organizational skills and result orientation
