Wir suchen einen IT-Experten für Operations, der unsere IT-Systeme stabil und effizient macht. Als Experte für ITSM-Methoden werden Sie unsere IT-Systeme optimieren und sicherstellen, dass unsere Kunden mit qualitativ hochwertigen Lebensmitteln versorgt werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Stärkung des Produktteams mit deinem Fachwissen über ITSM-Methoden
  • Funktion als erste Anlaufstelle für Themen in Bezug auf Betriebsstabilität und Verbesserungen
  • Überwachung betriebsbezogener KPIs und Auswertung der daraus resultierenden Daten gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam
Voraussetzungen
  • Allgemeines Verständnis von IT-Architekturen und Systemlandschaften auf Enterprise-Niveau
  • Gute Kenntnisse von SAP IS Retail/MM/SD und SAP FIORI
