Responsibilities and Tasks

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to play a key role in our digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building a new and innovative work environment to improve customer experience through self-service features, automated processes, and increased visibility.
  • Supporting the Product Owner of Import Customer Service process, conceptualizing and driving the development of IT projects to improve customer service effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Representing the voice of the customer in an agile framework, translating user needs into user stories, and maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing user stories based on importance and dependencies for implementation.
  • Developing and aligning proposals with stakeholders to optimize and harmonize CS processes to accommodate and outperform customer requirements and establish a market differentiator.
  • Maintaining close relations with Regional Customer Service Managers, Regional BSDs, GPX, IT, and other CEO departments.
  • Taking quick and deliberate decisions regarding features aligned with the company's goals.
  • Ensuring that all deliverables reflect improved quality for customers and more efficient processes and/or extra revenue streams for Hapag-Lloyd.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in an Area, GCC, Regional Customer Service, and demonstrate experience in project work.
  • Ability to create a business concept from scratch, prepare content for training, and change management material.
  • Excitement about challenging the status quo, coming up with creative and innovative solutions, and implementing them.
  • Motivation to take ownership in a dynamic project environment, lead working groups, and work independently on project deliverables to deliver them within the committed timeline.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the business- and IT teams.
  • Assertive personality and ability to convince relevant stakeholders in the organization.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
