Our Mission

We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals in Cologne. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring efficient financial management and financial control necessary to support all business activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage financial operations, including financial and cash flow management, accounting, advising, and longer-term financing.
  • Ensure financial reporting and analysis to assist and challenge the CEO, Business Unit Leaders, and Managers in making key strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a Billing Specialist/Finance Operations Manager, with a strong focus on customer claims and issue resolution.
  • Experience in SAP is beneficial, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
